It it is the feature class that was uploaded to ArcGIS Online for the Greenprints web applications and was identical to the hosted feature class as of 5/20/2014. The hosted feature class allows editing, so changes that are made to the hosted feature class should be imported to this feature class. The hosted feature class is intended to be edited by designated city staff when changes are made to the status, funding, location, naming, etc., of a trail.
