Description: Updated 12/09/2014: Added new outfalls from 2014 Stormwater Inventory. Mapped using the Thales Mobile Mapper GPS by stormwater tech Nick Wilson.Updated 12/08/2014: Same dataset was field checked by stormwater tech Nick Wilson using the AGO web application. Items incorrectly labeled as Outfalls were removed and added to the StormDrains_Existing dataset as a Headwall. This feature class contains oufalls in the City of Woodstock's stormwater sewer system. This data is believed to have been originally collected during the stormwater system inventory conducted in 2006 under the supervision of John Bender. A Leica GS50 was used to collect data at that time. In July of 2013, the stormwater utility was provided with a map book showing the original Outfalls feature class. An ArcGIS Online web application containing a hosted feature service of the outfalls was created. All the fields except the STRUCT_NO field had been removed, and a Notes field and Outfall field had been added. A coded domain with the possible values of "Yes", "No", and "Unknown" had been applied to the Outfall field; intially, all values were set to "Unknown". Stormwater utility personnel inspected the features in the field and used the web application to change the Outfall field value to either "Yes" or "No" to indicate whether a feature really was an outfall or not. GIS personnel were then asked to remove features whose values were "No" from the Outfalls feature class and designate them as headwalls. Work was completed in August 2013. This is the final resulting feature class that has had all structure that are not actually outfalls removed.
